Ashaolu has over 20 years professional experience in Education, Finance, Insurance and Marketing. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Masters in Business Administration specializing in Marketing, both from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile – Ife. He is an Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria; a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN); Fellow Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and member Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) He worked with Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc for 18 years and retired as the Zonal Chief Executive (Eastern Operations) before teaming up with the dynamic team of GENESIS INSURANCE BROKERS LIMITED as the Managing Director/CEO. He is an accomplished administrator who is on the board of many companies. He is presently the Chairman, DOMINION UNIVERSAL SYNERGY LIMITED.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from University of Ibadan, and a Masters in Business Education majoring in Marketing from Ogun State University, Ogun State. Olayemi has over 15 years of Banking experience in Customer relations and Treasury Operation of Trans International Bank and Springs Bank of Nigeria. She voluntary resigned her appointment in the financial sector to start and lead the visionary team of LITTLE LIGHTS SCHOOL in August, 2006 as the pioneer.

Colonel Falabi Olayiwola Dupe is a retired Senior Army officer who has served in different capacities within the Military establishment in Nigeria. He attended University of Lagos where he bagged his first degree in Economics and Masters of Science in Economics, specializing in Monetary Economics. He is a fellow Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Fellow Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. His span of experience cuts across political, civil and the military where he undergone trainings and workshops both locally and internationally. Col. Falabi (RTD.) is also on the board of Ikire Micro Finance Bank and many other companies spanning various sectors of the economy ranging from Tourism, Hospitality, Real Estate and Property Developments and other businesses. He is also the Chairman, TUNLAY Investment Services.

He is an experienced professional spanning over 20 years. He is a graduate of Business Administration from Ogun State University and obtained his second degree of Msc. from Liverpool John Moore University, U.K majoring in Corporate Governance and Finance. He is also an alumnus of European Centre for Corporate Governance, Liverpool, U.K. He is also a Professor of Philosophy (PHD) in Corporate Governance in Local Government Administration in Nigeria from Leeds University, Leeds, United Kingdom. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Management. He has worked with National Bank Nigeria, West Atlantic Systems, Emmagape Ventures and Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc. He left Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc in August 2005 as an DGM, Finance & Investments Limited to venture into private business. He is on Board of other companies including Gracetrust Nigeria Limited and J.J. Maritime Services. Mr Oluwadare, also pastor a church, THE LIGHTS CHURCH OF NIGERIA based in Nigeria and branches in Canada and United Kingdom, of which he is the General Overseer and Founder.
